Built from construction experience, not from developers learning construction
Xpand Build Tech started inside construction companies. Our team spent years living the problems our clients deal with every day: estimates built in overloaded spreadsheets, leads lost because nobody followed up, project information scattered across email, paper and five different apps.
So we started building the fixes: takeoff and estimating tools, construction CRMs, field apps, reporting dashboards and AI agents. Today our development team brings that same approach to construction companies across the country.
We're headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and work remotely with general contractors, subcontractors, specialty trades, suppliers, construction service companies, builders and estimating firms throughout the United States and Canada.

Meet our founder
Nina Morfin
Founder, Xpand Build Tech
Nina brings 15+ years in the construction industry, 10 years in ecommerce and the digital space, and 4+ years leading the development of construction software, automation and AI, including estimating and takeoff technology, CRM, project management, field operations and reporting tools.
Her ecommerce and digital marketing background (building online stores, running paid ads and speaking at ecommerce events) is why our CRM and lead automation work focuses on what actually turns a lead into a signed job. She also has a background in real estate marketing, giving her firsthand insight into how property and construction businesses attract and win clients.
She founded Xpand Build Tech to give construction companies a technology partner that understands the business first. Nina leads client strategy and discovery, while our development team designs, builds and supports every solution.
