Xpand Build Tech ("Xpand Build Tech," "we," "us" or "our") designs and builds AI agents, workflow automation, custom software and related consulting services for construction companies. We are based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and serve clients in the United States and Canada.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit XpandBuildTech.com (the "Site"), contact us, book a consultation or otherwise interact with us. It does not cover data that our clients load into software we build for them; that data is handled under the client's own agreement with us.

5. Files you share and AI tools

Files and business information you share are treated as confidential. We use them only to understand your process, evaluate your project and deliver our services.

Where a provider offers the option, we choose settings that prevent your data from being used to train that provider's public models. We will not publish your files or use them as examples without your written permission.
